Does anyone know of any ethical and competent Decatur police officers? Booker's stated goals for the Decatur PD on their website include: -"Continue to expand officer involvement with neighborhood associations, the Decatur Business Association, and other community groups;" and - "Strengthen communications and connections throughout the community." How the hell can Booker strengthen communications and connections throughout the community when his rogue officers are filing false crime reports against innocent citizens and then going around neighborhoods at the midnight hour trespassing, peeping in citizens' windows, and causing a ruckus in crime-ridden neighborhoods late at night? And in closing, I've informed Mayor Floyd of the Decatur PD probems twice but he can't do anything about it, Booker and his rogues are out of control, they'll soon end up like the outlaws of the DeKalb County Police or DeKalb Sheriff's Department, going around shooting unarmed kids.... I think Scott doesn't get as many pedestrians as our other streets because of the volume of traffic on it.
